License Agreement for Motion-Primitives Pro

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Motion-Primitives ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Motion-Primitives Pro (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Products under the following terms:

Permitted Uses

Licensee may use the Products to create unlimited personal or commercial projects.
Licensee may modify the Products to suit their project requirements.
Licensee may use the Products for their own clients' projects.

Prohibited Uses

Licensee may not resell, redistribute, or share the Products, whether in their original form or as modified versions.
Licensee may not use the Products to create themes, templates, or derivative works intended for sale or distribution on marketplaces or platforms.
Licensee may not use the Products in a way that directly competes with Motion-Primitives, such as creating similar UI kits or components.

2. Ownership

All Products remain the intellectual property of Motion-Primitives. This Agreement grants Licensee a limited license to use the Products but does not transfer any ownership rights.

3. Updates and Support

Licensor may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features for the Products. Support is available at pro@motion-primitives.com.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Licensor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Products and delete all copies.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
